register

Here are just a few things you should know before you register.

fees and form of payment – $35 daily event fee, register by July 9th

The daily event fee includes continental breakfast items and healthy, catered food for lunch and dinner with vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. (No food on the 14th or dinner on the 17th, however.) The fee also includes all sittings, discussions, and activities, except Saniel and Linda’s workshop — there’s an additional fee for that. You are welcome to camp outdoors for free, or stay in a hotel or rental house nearby. Practitioners’ spouses and children above the age of 14 are welcome!

When you register, you will be directed to pay via Paypal or by check.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Before June 15th, 100% of your daily registration fees will be refunded.

After June 15th, 50% of your daily registration fees will be refunded.

newcomer recommendations

The Sacred Summer Celebration is intended for practitioners with previous experience with Waking Down in Mutuality. If you are a newcomer, we’d recommend one of the following: five sessions by phone with a Waking Down teacher, attending at least five Waking Down sittings in person, or completing this introductory online course from the Institute of Awakened Mutuality. If you have questions, please contact Amy at registrar@sacred-celebration.com or 678-662-5156.

consent form

We’ll either email you a consent form after you register, or once you arrive. For those of you who are familiar with the Transfiguration and Transformation Retreats, our consent form will be very similar.

what to bring

  • musical instruments — whatever you like to play
  • your poems, songs, stories, artwork, short rituals, readings, and dances which in some way relate to the themes of communion with Nature – for our Saturday night creative expression extravaganza
  • outdoor games
  • insect repellent
  • sun screen
  • umbrella
  • blanket – for sitting on the ground
  • camping chair – something that can be easily folded and toted around (if you are driving, that is)
  • light jacket – nights can get a little cool at 2000 ft elevation
  • rain jacket
  • snacks that don’t need to be refrigerated – just one refrigerator for the whole gang
  • beverages of your choice – we’ll have beverages, but you may want something other than we provide
  • cooler – if you are bringing beverages or snacks that need to be cool
  • camping gear if you are planning to camp (Note: There is no outdoor shower, so those camping will need to shower in one of Amy’s bathrooms inside the house.)
