Pre-registration is required.  Please do so by July 7th.

Early Registration Discount:  Postmark your payment by July 7th and pay just $95 for each day a savings of $25 per day.

After June 20th, registration is closed.

If attending all 4 days:
$380 ($95 daily fee x 4 days) – postmarked by July 7th
$480 ($120 daily fee x 4 days) – postmarked June 20th – July 7th

The daily fee includes continental breakfast items and healthy, catered food for lunch and dinner with vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. (No food served on Wednesday July 18th, however.) The fee also includes all small groups, large groups, discussions, sittings, and activities. Teacher led sittings are included in the entree fee.  It is strongly recommended that you attend one sitting for each small group you attend.  You are welcome to camp outdoors for no additional cost, or stay in a hotel, B&B, or rental house nearby.

Childcare will be available for younger children.  Please add a note to your registration form.

When you are ready to use your PayPal account to pay for the Sacred Summer Celebration, be sure to enter our recipient email address as:


  • Before  June 19th, 100% of your daily registration fees will be refunded.
  • Beginning June 30th, 50% of your daily registration fees will be refunded.
  • Beginning July 7th, 0% of your registration fees will be refunded.

newcomer recommendations

The Sacred Summer Celebration is intended for practitioners with previous experience with Trillium Awakening and/or Waking Down in Mutuality®.  If you are a newcomer, we’d recommend one of the following:

We’ll ask you to read and sign an event consent form once you arrive. For those of you who are familiar with the Transfiguration and Transformation Retreats, our consent form will be very similar.

what to bring

  • light jacket/sweater – days and nights can get cool at 2,000 feet in elevation
  • travel mug/water bottle
  • sensible outside shoes/hiking boots
  • musical instruments — whatever you like to play
  • your poems, songs, stories, artwork, short rituals, readings, dances, and etc. for our Saturday night creative expression extravaganza
  • outdoor games
  • sun screen/hat
  • insect repellent
  • umbrella/rain jacket
  • beverages of your choice – we’ll have hot beverages and bottled water, but you may want something other than is provided
  • special dietary snacks that don’t need to be refrigerated – just one refrigerator for the whole event
  • cooler – if you are bringing beverages or snacks that need to be cool
  • blanket – for sitting on the ground
  • camping chair – something that can be easily folded and toted around (if you are driving)
  • camping gear – if you are planning to camp
